SISAZI Consulting is a Training and Development entity founded and registered in 2011 as a close corporation owned and managed by black competent personnel. The company is located in Pretoria, Gauteng Province. SISAZI offers professional services in consulting and training to individuals, private, public and government entities in and around South Africa.Through its partnership and associates SISAZI is able to offer professional services ranging from Training, skills development and capacity building. The Company has a tax clearance and is level 1 BEE certified, also accredited with ETDPSETA on the following qualifications: Further Education and Training Certificate in Early Childhood development (USID 58761) Level 4 Credits 140,National Diploma in Early Childhood Development (USID 64650) Level 5Credits 240, National Certificate in Occupationally Directed EducationTraining and Development Practices (USID 50334) Level 5, Credits 120 -----------------------------Our Approach------------------- Our philosophy is that the first step to dealing with client challenges is to ask the organizations view and perceptions, and thereafter, through a detailed and comprehensive organizational assessment and report process, we can learn more about the client's requirements and needs and therefore will work toward a tailor-made solution for that client. By constantly giving the client feedback with our assessment and progress reports, throughout the whole process of our partnership, you will able to gain inside on where your organization is and set your sights on where it should be. Together with you we will set targets for how much change should be observed after each intervention, and we indeed provide you with measurable results. |
